Founded by business partners and close friends Paul de Jager and Jon Sarris, Agrilla reflects their shared love of South African and Greek culinary traditions. Paul and Jon bring a wealth of experience from their successful ventures at various Sun International properties, including Traderโs at Time Square and The Shebeen at Sun City.
